Product Description: Aeroderivative GT Vibration Monitor Module
The Bently Nevada 3500/44M is a four-channel Aeroderivative Gas Turbine (GT) Vibration Monitor. It accepts four channels of vibration and can apply its own tracking filter based on up to four different Keyphasor inputs from the 3500 rack. The monitor processes signals from the Velomitor and the accelerometer, filters the measurements, allows Signal Integration, and produces 1X Vibration Tracking and Band-pass Vibration .
To interface with the Bently Nevada 3500/44M, velocity transducers can be used through Bently Nevada interface modules 86517 and 86497. The 3300XL Proximitor measurements are an integral part of the Bently Nevada Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation (TSI) suite of sensors for steam turbines, but it is not clear whether they are applicable for the 3500/44M .

The GE / Bently Nevada 3500/44M Aeroderivative GT Vibration Monitor is a four-channel monitor designed for Aeroderivative Gas Turbine applications. The Aero GT and TMR Aero GT I/Os interface to velocity transducers through Bently Nevada interface modules 86517 and 86497. The monitor uses the Prox/Velom I/O to interface to GE / Bently Nevada Velomitor sensors and accelerometers. The user can configure the 3500/44M, using the 3500 Rack configuration Software, for any of the following filter options: signal Integration, 1X vibration tracking, or band-pass vibration. The 3500/44M accepts input from two separate Keyphasor signals, allowing each channel pair to use a different tracking filter.
To program the 3500/44M, the 3500 Rack Configuration Software can be used to protect machinery and monitor conditions for Radial Vibration, Thrust Position, Differential Expansion, Eccentricity, Acceleration, Velocity, Shaft Absolute, and Circular Acceptance Region parameters. Each channel can be programmed separately.
