Key features and specifications of the Honeywell 05704-A-0145 4-Channel Control Card include:

4-channel operation: provides four channels of control functions, allowing up to four different processes to be monitored and controlled simultaneously.

Output Option Selection: Provides a variety of display options for the channels, including auto sequencing, highest reading, combination, or manual channel display selection.

Display and Alarm Points: Features a backlit LCD display with bar graph and peak readings, numeric and alphanumeric indicators. The display has a linearity of 2% FSD and a repeatability of 2% FSD.

Front Panel Facilities: Includes LEDs for each channel (A1, A2, A3) to indicate fault and inhibit status, Attention LEDs for card faults, update alarms and alarm tests, Green LED for power status, and pushbutton reset and card selection for alarms.

Remote Facility: Suppression and remote alarm reset functions are supported.

Supply Voltage: Operating supply voltage range of 18V to 32VDC.

Power Consumption: 8.4W for the 4-20mA version.

Operating and Storage Conditions: Designed for operating temperatures from -5°C to +55°C and storage temperatures from -25°C to +55°C. It operates in a non-condensing environment with humidity levels of 20-90% RH.

Dimensions and weight: The card is 3U high x 25mm wide and weighs 165g.

Approvals: Complies with EN50270.

Catalytic Bridge Input: Supports constant current drive mode with a current range of 90mA to 315mA and a full scale range of 15mV to 300mV.

4-20mA Input: Provides 24V ± 5% isolated loop supply voltage and sensor configuration as current source. Signal measurement range is 0 to 25mA with a maximum loop resistance of 500 ohms (including sensor).

Analogue output option: Provides a measurement signal range of 0 to 20mA or 4-20mA with linearity and repeatability better than 2% FSD and 1% FSD of the input respectively.

Configuration: Allows isolated current absorber or source configuration using an external power supply.
