Tricon 8110 High Density Main Chassis Triconex8110.Triconex 8110 is an Main Chassis manufactured by Invensys Triconex . It is used in safety-critical applications such as oil and gas, power generation, and chemical manufacturing to provide reliable and secure control of industrial processes. The 8110 model provides additional I/O slots for a Triconex safety controller. It is a 19-inch rack-mountable chassis with a capacity of up to 10 I/O modules.A Tricon Main Chassis (model 8110) includes two Power Modules, three Main Processors, a battery, one communication (COM) slot with no hot-spare slot, and six logical slots for I/O and communication modules. Each logical slot provides two physical spaces for modules.
