The Motorola MVME147S-1 MPU VME Module is a dual-height VME module that is designed for 32-bit VMEbus systems with P1 and P2 backplanes. It is a powerful module with various features such as a large onboard shared RAM, serial port, Centronics printer port, SCSI bus controller with DMA, floating point coprocessor, beat timer, watch dog timer, clock/calendar with spare battery, 2KB static RAM with spare battery, and four ROM slots. It also provides a VMEbus interface with system controller function. The module can be used as part of a VMEbus system with other VME modules like RAM modules, CPU modules, graphics modules, and analog I/O modules.
