Fault tolerant control system
The TSxPlus uses a full triplet design (2oo3D) with a 3-2-1-0 degrade mode. This architecture and degradation pattern can ensure high availability while ensuring security during system application.
l Information security certification
TSxPlus products are certified for functional safety as well as European Information Security and US information security standards. It can meet the requirements of users for functional safety and information security at the same time, and provides the possibility for users to build a plant-level in-depth defense system:
- The external communication interface has been fully and comprehensively tested for robustness, and has passed the Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) vulnerability library test;
- Adopt strict authentication, security design and whitelisting, and use control measures to avoid unauthorized malicious access;
- Internal use of secure communication to ensure that the security control function will not be tampered with and damaged by external attacks;
- Built-in firewall design fundamentally avoids the impact of information security attacks on security control functions and ensures the availability of continuous and stable system operation And reliability.
Faster system response time
The minimum operation cycle of the main controller supports 5ms configuration, and the minimum response time of the control loop can be less than 15ms. This faster system response time capability provides a better platform resource for control loops with demanding response times.
Independent overspeed protection module: operates independently of the main processing module, meets API670 requirements and has a response time of <12ms.
l Integrated HART instrument management solution
The analog input (AI) in the hardware platform supports the analysis of HART protocol, and the on-site HART instrument can be managed directly through the own AMS software. The user no longer needs the third-party HART protocol bypass, and the parsing component introduces the HART signal into the AMS software of the host computer through an independent path.
l Flexible hardware expansion topology
The bus interface module consists of three optical fiber interfaces, and the supplier or system integrator can choose to use the star topology to extend the remote rack or the bus topology according to the needs of the actual project. Due to the difference of the project, the relative distribution of the remote rack and the host rack is different, and the flexible topology can help users save cabling costs as much as possible.
As the TSxPlus rack is a standard 19-inch rack, it can accommodate both 600mm and 800mm wide cabinets. Therefore, it can flexibly meet users' requirements for different cabinet sizes based on the actual application space.
Fast and slow tasks are realized at the same time
Fast tasks and slow tasks can be implemented in the same system. For example, 20ms mission cycle unit control and 200ms mission cycle ESD can be implemented in the same TSxPlus system.
Easy monitoring and maintenance
The power modules in the rack can monitor the input power quality in real time, and the monitoring results can be displayed on the upper PC. All modules can be replaced and maintained online.
