Sample composition and range: The LS25 is capable of analysing a wide range of gases including O2, NH3, HCl, HF, H2S, H2O (ppm and vol.-%), CO (ppm and vol.-%), CO2 (ppm and vol.-%), NO, N2O, HCN, CH4 (vol.% and ppm), NH3 + H2O, HCl + H2O, HF + H2O, CO (vol.% and ppm) + CO2 (vol.% and ppm). vol.% and ppm), NH3 + H2O, HCl + H2O, HF + H2O, CO (vol.% and ppm) + CO2 (vol.% and ppm) and O2 + temperature. The analyzer is an optical instrument for continuous in-situ gas monitoring in stack, pipes, process chambers or similar and is based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS). The analyzer utilizes a transmitter/receiver configuration (mounted diametrically opposite each other) to measure the average gas concentration along the line-of-sight path.
