The ABB EL3020 continuous gas analyser is part of the EasyLine EL3000 series, designed for a wide range of process and emission monitoring applications. These analysers are equipped with detectors using different measurement principles to enable a wide range of applications. Each gas analyser can handle up to five measurement components, enabling it to meet different monitoring needs, mainly for measuring the concentration of individual components in gases or vapours.(Gas Analyser Related Models：AO2000 LS25、A02020)
Key features of the EL3020 continuous gas analyser include:
Versatility: Suitable for measuring both flammable and non-flammable gases and available in versions for different types of protection; the EL3020 model is
designed for wall mounting, while the EL3040 model is suitable for 19" rack mounting.
Performance: Includes versions tested for emission monitoring performance according to Directive 2001/80/EC. Optional QAL3 monitoring to EN 14181 is
also available.
Auto-calibration: Features automatic calibration, including pump and valve control, eliminating the need for test cylinders. This simplifies calibration of air
or integrated calibration units.
Customisable interfaces: Provides customisable analogue outputs, digital inputs and digital outputs. It supports Modbus and Profibus interfaces, making it
compatible with a wide range of automation systems.
User Interface: Features a simple menu-driven operator interface, clear text status messages, and a configuration programme for setting up rarely needed
functions. A self-monitoring feature indicates when maintenance is required.
