The GE SR489-P5-LO-A20-E is a generator management relay manufactured by GE Multilin as part of the Multilin 489 series with the following features and specifications:
RELAY PARAMETERS: This relay has a 5A phase CT secondary, LO control power from 20-60 VDC and 48-62 VAC at 20-48 Hz. analogue output is 4 to 20 mA.
DISPLAY AND PANEL: The SR489-P5-LO-A20-E has a 40-character display that allows the user to view value messages, diagnostics, and setpoints. The front panel includes multiple status LEDs, input buttons, numeric keypad, input ports, and an LCD screen for reading device location information. Its frequency parameter ranges from 0.00 to 90.00 Hz, the zero line voltage (3rd) parameter ranges from 0 to 25,000 V, the power factor parameter ranges from 0.01 to 1.00 forward/lagging, and the reactive power (Mvar) parameter ranges from -2.00 to 2.00 times the rated voltage.
COMMUNICATIONS AND INTERFACE: The rear panel includes twelve RTD inputs, six output relays, two RS485 communication ports, and four VT inputs. The communication ports can use ModbusRTU or DNP 3.0 protocols (or both) up to 19,200 bps. In addition, the rear panel includes four isolated 4-20 mA analogue inputs and outputs and seven assignable digital inputs.
DESIGN AND INSTALLATION: The SR489-P5-LO-A20-E's compact and small footprint makes it easy to install and maintain. The shipping weight is 10 kg (approximate) and the dimensions are 21.6 cm (L) x 22.4 cm (W) x 25.2 cm (H).
