Measuring Principle
It uses a piezomagnetic sensor, based on the principle that magnetic permeability changes in response to mechanical force.5 The sensor consists of a stainless steel body and coils wound at an angle to each other. When an alternating current passes through the primary coil, a magnetic field is generated. The direction of the magnetic field changes under mechanical force, generating a potential in the secondary coil that is proportional to the measuring force5.
