1. Measuring Principle
Pressure head (English name: pressure head, load cell) is a welding steel device, generally there are two types of pressure head: horizontal type and vertical type. When the strip passes through the tensile roller at a certain wrap angle, the strip tension T will produce two components, one is the vertical component FV and the other is the horizontal component FH. If we choose the horizontal type of pressure head, we can measure FH; if we choose the vertical type of pressure head, we can measure FV. In addition, the wrap angle of the measuring roller and the strip can be obtained, so that we can calculate the tension of the strip. The tension of the strip can be calculated by measuring the wrap angle of the roll and the strip.
