Honeywell CC-PCF901
MVC Multifunction Controller
The Honeywell Multi-Valent Controller (MVC) provides a cost-effective solution for a wide range of applications. It is suitable for a variety of applications: without user-integrated interfaces; with user-integrated interfaces; and with multiple I/O modules. The MVC control system has the following functional improvements: Excel Touch touch screen user interface; connection to ZIO wall modules with only 2 cables; Evotouch and CM700/900 wireless wall modules (68MHz); communication with other different controllers via C-Bus. Universal mounting concept (favorable panel door mounting and mechanical design), extractable terminals, wiring test function, reducing installation and commissioning time and effort. MVC is freely programmable and supports a wide range of applications. With Honeywell's application library, MVC can be used for special applications and customer needs. The library provides energy management functions for a variety of applications, including: start/stop, night purge, heating, cooling, and ventilation load demand functions.
MVC Multifunction Controller Features and Benefits
Multiple I/O terminals: 1 three-terminal bidirectional switching output, 8 relay outputs, 4 analog outputs, 4 digital inputs, 2 PT1000 inputs, 8 general-purpose outputs
-Three-terminal bidirectional switching output supports pump speed control
-User interface includes dot matrix display (160 x 80 dot matrix, 5 lines, 20 bytes per line, knob and six buttons, making operation very easy (MVC-80M-CPSW1A only)
-Communication interface
OpenTherm TM interface for wireless wall-mounted modules
-Sylk Bus for 2-wire connection to wall-mounted panels
-C-Bus for peer-to-peer controller communication
-Plug-and-play Panel Bus for I/O modules
-Communication interface for PC and touch panel connection
Flexible mounting: MVC fits into small controller enclosures and supports both DIN-rail, wall and panel mounting
Two different extractable terminal blocks, i.e. push-in terminal and screw-in terminal
-Two LEDs/customer-use buttons/functional and four status LEDs
-Configurable safety position of the output signal (assuming communication failure between I/O module and MVC)
-Configurable safety values for sensors (assuming sensor short / sensor disconnect)
-Real-time clock, run-time counter
-Trend data buffer, historical data alarm buffer, teletext alarms; 18 byte usage address
-Gold cap RAM memory provides 72-hour protection; backup Flash EPROM
